До України роботи Володимира Баляса привезли Тарас і Оксана Козбури (м. Лос-Анджелес, США). У НаУКМА зберігаються 23 ліногравюри 64х46 см, 11 ліногравюр 24х30 см і одна робота олією на полотні. Перша виставка творів В. Баляса відбулася у НаУКМА 31 серпня –18 вересня 1998 року.
